Exchanges are offered for manufacturing defects, damaged items received in transit, or wrong products shipped — subject to verification.
Contact support within 15 days of delivery with your order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.
Exchange stock depends on availability. If the same item is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered.
Opened ink and toner products may not qualify for exchange unless confirmed defective.
