Customer Service Policies

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Courier Flight Shipping charges apply based on order subtotal:

• ₹500 to ₹1,000: ₹70
• ₹1,000 to ₹3,000: ₹160
• ₹3,000 to ₹5,000: ₹300
• ₹5,000 to ₹10,000: ₹600
• ₹10,000 to ₹30,000: ₹1,000
• Above ₹30,000: ₹1,200

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier-2 cities: 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders in Maharashtra (up to ₹1,00,000).

All shipments include tracking details shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

15-day replacement is available on eligible products for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received, as per terms and conditions.

Contact support with your order ID, photos, and issue description within 15 days of delivery.

Opened toner and ink cartridges may not be eligible for return unless defective. Contact us before returning any item.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval. Bank or gateway processing times may vary.

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges are offered for manufacturing defects, damaged items received in transit, or wrong products shipped — subject to verification.

Contact support within 15 days of delivery with your order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Exchange stock depends on availability. If the same item is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered.

Opened ink and toner products may not qualify for exchange unless confirmed defective.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support with your order ID as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.

Prepaid order cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Custom or special-order items may not be cancellable once confirmed with the supplier.

Warranty coverage varies by product and brand. Details are listed on individual product pages where applicable.

Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

To claim warranty, contact support with proof of purchase, product serial number (if applicable), and photos or video of the defect.

Warranty claims may require return of the defective item for inspection before replacement or refund is approved.

We collect information you provide during checkout and account registration, including name, email, phone number, and delivery address.

Order and payment data is used to fulfil purchases, send order updates, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.

You may request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting our support team.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
